Old Business:

The gate has been fixed.

New Business:

The President stated that the roof over the rifle range needs to be fixed because shingles are blowing off.  We are getting quotes for a metal roof.

The VP indicated we need a way to indicate which pits are closed for set up for an event to prevent members from using or changing set-ups.  Billy Romig stated that other clubs use a magnetic sign on each pit that can be flipped over to indicate either “Range Status: Open” or “Range Status: Closed for an event”. Billy will send details to Jay.

It was reported that the Zerbe Township Rod and Gun Club can get a good deal on a tractor trailer load of clay birds in case any other clubs want to share in a load.

Al Ascenzi asked for an email to be sent out reminding members that there is to be no shooting of handguns on the skeet and trap range.  Folks have been using center-fire handguns there. The Secretary will get an email out to the membership.

Good and Welfare of the Club:

Jim Cunningham volunteered to do the June dinner.

Adjournment:

There being no further business to discuss, on a motion to adjourn by everyone, the meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
