Call to Order:
The November 20, 2025 meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. with a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance. Fourteen members and guests were present.
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
The Secretary read the minutes of the October 16, 2025 meeting. On a motion by John Stortzum, seconded by Ken Hall, the minutes were approved as read
Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report for November was presented by the President in the Treasurer’s absence. On a motion by JoJo Stortzum, seconded by Ken Hall, the report was approved as read.
President’s Report:
The President announced that fall clean up and repair day was a big success with 28 people attending and accomplishing almost all of a very long list of projects including painting, target repair, pavilion clean up, electrical work, roof repair, tree trimming and much more.
A huge thank you to all who came and helped!!
Sight-In Sunday was also well attended. The cook-out turned into a cook-in due to weather but many people came out for the day.

Committee Reports:
- Skeet and trap reported 66 shooters and $401 turned in to the club. Skeet and trap committee reported that the new lights on the range are a big help.
The orange clay birds show up great in the LED lights. Clay birds that are orange on both sides would be better than orange on one side. Denny offered to pick up birds if we order them – Gerry will follow up.
Introduction of New Members:
Upon a motion by Denny Jaskiewicz, seconded by John Stortzum, the following five new adult members were approved for membership:

Old Business:
Reminder that the range is closed for deer rifle season Nov. 29 – Dec 13, inclusive.
New Business:
The President reported that the early bird expo booth is reserved for January. John Stortzum will assist in making a video of the nighttime skeet and trap shoots for display at the expo.
Dale Harris and Al Ascenzi requested plug-in work lights for the high and low houses and bunker on the skeet and trap range since they currently have no lighting. The president will assign someone to obtain lights.
Member John Tran asked how late at night members can use night vision and thermal equipment. The answer is until 10 pm due to the Main township noise ordinance that restricts loud noises after 10 pm.
Good and Welfare of the Club:
JoJo volunteered to do the December meeting dinner.
