Call to Order:

Treasurer’s Report:
The treasurer’s report for October was presented by the Vice President in the Treasurer’s absence. On a motion by Rich Pyott, seconded by Jim Cunningham, the report was approved as read.
President’s Report:
The President announced that he and several others are now certified shotgun instructors. This is in preparation for hosting local high school Skeet Teams.
The President announced that one of the red lights on the rifle range now includes an audible alert sound and there is a red flag to be used on the east end of the rifle range, near bench 1.
The red flag is to be deployed by the first person to arrive to the rifle range and stowed by the last person leaving. The red flag, when deployed, means the range is occupied so you must find out if the range is hot or cold before proceeding to do anything.
Red lights on = range is cold= cease fire has been called= OK to go down range to manage targets
Red lights off= range is hot= live fire is commencing= NOT OK to go down range
As this may be new to many people, Rich Pyott suggested we create a short video on how to use flag and lights, and post the video to the Club website. The secretary will find out if our website can support a video.
Vice President’s Report:
The VP added his support to everything the president said.
