Call to Order:
The August 18, 2022 meeting of the Mainville Sportsmen’s Club was called to order by President Denny Jaskiewicz at 7:05 p.m., followed by a moment of silence and the Pledge of Allegiance. Twenty seven members and guests were present.
Approval of Meeting Minutes:
Secretary Lingousky read the minutes of the July 21, 2022 meeting. A motion was made by Dennis Snyder and seconded by Bill Hunsinger to approve the minutes as read. The motion carried.
Treasurer’s Report:
Treasurer Hunsinger reported deposits and expenses since the July 2022 meeting. A motion to approve the report as presented was made by Rich Pyott, seconded by Linda Snyder. The motion carried.
President’s Report:
President Jaskiewicz reported that the gate computer is at the repair shop. There is no ETA.

Secretary Lingousky read the request from member Dave Spiwak for a donation to the FOCL (friends of camp levigne) to purchase .22 and shotgun ammo in support of the boy scouts’ merit badges for shooting sports.
A motion to donate $400 was made by Linda Snyder, seconded by Rich Pyott and the motion carried.
